![]() ![]() ![]() Hydriath's name is a portmanteau of the prefix "hydro-/hydr-," which means "water," referencing his element and " Goriath," referencing the boss he's based on. Once Hydriath goes down, Magolor gets his hands on a Fruit Fragment and his Black Hole move. As Kirby, Meta Knight, King Dedede and Bandana Waddle Dee go to investigate, they meet an alien named Magolor, who discovers. Hydriath can also create water balls that fly out when he slams the ground from a high altitude, and when he slams the ground from a low altitude, he summons water drops from the ceiling. When Hydriath does his hadouken attack, the projectile is now a water bubble that bounces around the stage rather than a fireball that travels straight forward. The snowballs that Goriath throws in his snowball attack have been replaced with water globules that arc through the air a bit in Hydriath's version. This technique can be combined with his wall-jumping technique to make him harder to hit and can also be combined with his punch to make his fist harder to dodge and his bounce-off-the-walls, hadouken, and ground pound attacks to throw off Magolor. In battle, Hydriath take much of his moveset from Goriath himself, although his moves are infused with the Splash effect, and new techniques are given to Hydriath that Goriath himself lacked. When Magolor enters the arena, Hydriath leaps out of the sky to confront him, at which point he smashes the ground they stand on as the battle begins. Hydriath is the boss of Poseiblu Dimension, guarding a piece of the Fruit Fragment on orders from his boss. ![]() Games Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe In this state, he also gains an ominous red aura. When Hydriath becomes enraged halfway through the battle, his eyes turn red and his hair, fins, beard, and tail turn golden-yellow. Additionally, he dons two gold gears wrapped around his hands. His hair is made out of water, his hands and feet are black, and he wears a gold crown adorned with emeralds. He is covered in sea blue scales and has a pale green fish tail and fins on both sides of his face, a black mask around his yellow eyes, and a white beard and snout. Juckle has a blue upper section and features a bulbous red nose. It is bright yellow with large eyes on the sides of its body. It yields the Cutter ability when inhaled. Hydriath is based off of Goriath, but with some notable differences. Juckle is an enemy in the Kirby series, debuting in Kirbys Return to Dream Land. As a Mirror World copy of Meta Knight, Dark Meta Knight bears a great resemblance to. Dark Meta Knight would return as a Dream Friend in Kirby Star Allies, teaming up with Kirby, but seemingly only for his own personal gain. He is the Mirror World counterpart of Meta Knight. 2.1 Kirby's Return to Dream Land Deluxe Dark Meta Knight is a character in the Kirby series, debuting as the secondary antagonist of Kirby & The Amazing Mirror. ![]()
